  • Experience in leading a team or assisting in managing a team within a hospitality environment
  • Have a good understanding of current and future bar trends
  • Confidence, enthusiasm and passion for your work and communication with colleagues
  • A keen eye for detail, organisational skills and a flexible attitude
  • Previous experience working in a bar essential

Aim of the Bar & Drawing Room Supervisor role

  • Bar & Lounge Supervisor mainly works in the Bar and Lounge, in addition to providing beverage service to the restaurant and bar guests they will lead the bar staff working on their shift.
  • Supporting the F&B Operations on a daily basis to ensure the Bar & Drawing Room performs to expected 5 star standard.
  • Constantly seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests, leading by example to your team.
  • Understand and develop the bar offering for the benefit of guests and team members.
  • Have a constant awareness of business levels ensuring a 5 star service is provided at all times.
  • Keep your team informed of any updates affecting the F&B department.
  • Work well as part of a team, treating others like family and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand.
  • Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Maintain our standards at all times, keeping our Bar & Drawing Room areas clean and tidy at all times.
