Aim of the Swimming Pool Attendant: To maintain the high standards of cleanliness and service around the outdoor and indoor pools of Cliveden House while monitoring guest safety.
Responsibilities of the Swimming Pool Attendant:
- Take pride in maintaining the cleanliness of our beautiful indoor and outdoor pool.
- Take responsibility for the number of guests around the pool to ensure safety.
- Be part of the team serving guests by clearing towels, tidying the pool area and taking guest food and drink orders.
- Assist the team in opening and closing the pool to the hotel's agreed 5 star standard.
- Work closely with the Duty Management team to help elsewhere in the hotel during quiet times and wet weather.
- Complete the Pool Responder training to ensure compliance with pool health and safety standards within one month of commencing the role.
About you:
- Experience in serving guests in a 5 star environment advantageous.
- A keen eye for detail where cleanliness and standards are concerned.
- You will be confident when talking to and serving guests.
