Kitchen Porter

We are currently seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our dedicated team. This role plays a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. We are looking for an individual with strong work ethic, a keen eye for cleanliness, and a commitment to supporting our Kitchen brigade and the smooth functioning of our culinary operation.

Our ideal candidate should:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of kitchen equipment and work areas
  • Embrace a hands-on approach in handling various tasks to support our kitchen operation
  • Demonstrate efficiency in managing dishwashing and ensuring a steady supply of clean kitchenware
  • Show dedication in maintaining high hygiene standards in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Be a reliable and proactive team player, contributing to overall efficiency of the kitchen
  • Be available to support service by taking food from the pass to our F&B area ready for service
