As Wellness Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day reception operations of our spa, gym, Nobu Pilates studios and wellness facilities, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable journey. This is a leadership role that combines operational precision with a passion for wellbeing, driving service excellence, innovation and revenue growth in one of London’s most popular luxury lifestyle hotels.
You will:
- Lead and develop the wellness team, fostering a motivated and high‑performing culture
- Manage departmental operations, including rotas, annual leave and compliance
- Conduct performance reviews, appraisals and ongoing staff training
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and team development in collaboration with HR
- Ensure wellness brand standards and SOPs are implemented and maintained
- Manage stock control, ordering and financial processes including banking and reconciliations
- Coordinate wellness events, brand activations and VIP experiences
- Monitor spa, gym and Nobu Pilates equipment, ensuring timely maintenance and reporting
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with professionalism and care
- Drive retail operations and revenue through product knowledge and upselling
- Oversee booking systems (Mindbody, Opera) to optimise scheduling and guest experience
- Provide regular performance reports and updates to senior leadership
- Act as an ambassador for Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro in every interaction
