What You Will Be Doing:

  • Carry out daily maintenance tasks, including routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and reactive repairs.
  • Assist in ensuring a safe and healthy environment for staff and guests, and to ensure all audits, both internal and external, are satisfactory.
  • Complete and maintain documentation in line with health and safety regulations relating to water, fire, electrical equipment, appliances, and other technical requirements.
  • Liaise with contractors on site, ensuring they are signed in, have completed all necessary permits to work, and that relevant staff are aware of their presence.
  • In the event of an emergency, know the location of, and how to isolate, all valves, switches, power supplies, and drain runs throughout the hotel.
