Key Responsibilities:

  • Check rooms after cleaning, rectifying any areas not in line with standards before releasing the room.
  • Provide regular feedback and training to the room attendants about room cleanliness to help them achieve the required standards in the required timeframe.
  • Attend departmental meetings and assist in ensuring a clear and consistent communication regarding team performance and goals.
  • Execute a weekly stock count on the floors.
  • Oversee room preparation for VIP guests and site inspections.
  • Assist in delivery of departmental trainings. Ensure team understands the training and monitor if standards are followed on a daily basis.
