The Lensbury, part of Iconic Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Reception Manager to lead the Members’ Reception and Lockside Reception teams on-site at our riverside venue in Teddington.

You will deliver a warm, professional welcome and drive seamless service across the guest journey.

You will mentor the team, manage day-to-day operations, monitor feedback, and uphold Brand standards while coordinating with Fitness, Spa, Hotel, F&B, and other departments to maximise member experience.
