About you as Concierge

  • A genuine passion for luxury service and passionate for make the guest experience memorable
  • Holder of Golden Keys is highly desirable
  • Previous experience working within luxury hotels or hospitality environment
  • Work diligently and effectively with excellent attention to detail
  • Immaculate presentation and full of charm
  • Personable and approachable, willing to go the extra mile
  • Ability to problem solve and think pro-actively on your feet

Key responsibilities of Concierge

  • Be the face of the Townhouse and to ensure that all guests are greeted with charisma and personality
  • Using initiative, ensure no guests are left unattended in public areas without attention
  • Take ownership for booking additional services including activities on and off site, airport transfers, external dining reservations, itineraries, attraction tickets etc.
  • Be up to date with London tourist scene regarding new venue openings, events, shows and attractions to provide recommendations and alternatives to guests
  • Seek our new opportunities to wow our guests with attention and 5 star service
  • Anticipate guest requests and be ahead of the request using intuition and knowledge
  • Oversee the personal touches and 5 start service to all guests prior to arrival and during their stay
  • Support door team and porters with ensuring public areas are tidy and presentable and coordinating the team with luggage and parcel arrivals
  • Assist with directions and transport updates within local area
