About the role

As Luggage Porter of the Front Office team at 11 Cadogan Gardens & The Chelsea Townhouse - the only Relais and Chateaux properties in London -, you are the reason our Guests keep coming back for more.

Our Luggage Porters work as part of a team to impress our Guests, creating unforgettable experiences and exceeding expectations chexck in right through check out, to ensure that every guest wants to return.

You will consistently achieve the required standards of service and customer care, assisting the operation creating a warm, friendly and comfortable environment for our guests.

Below are just some of the duties and responsibilities of Luggage Porter across 11 Cadogan Gardens & The Chelsea Townhouse :

  • You will be a well spoken individual, inmmaculately presented, able to create rapport with our regular and new guests, understanding and anticipating any needs the guests might have.
  • You will demonstrate good knowledge of the Chelsea area and the city Leisure panoramma, and will be able to respond to any guests queries on a timely manner.
  • To be respectful and confident at meeting and seeing off all arriving and departing guests, ensuring the efficient and safe transferral of luggage.
  • To be confident and intuitive in ensure no guests are left waiting in any area of the Front Hall or public areas for an excessive amount of time without being spoken to acknowledging the fact that every guest is unique.
  • You will be a team player, willing to assist the Front of the House team when required, and will share the knowledge, passion and pride about the Hospitality Industry.
