  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides and training materials to support consistency and alignment across the hotels.
  • Deliver training and onboarding for users, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for new systems, releases, enhancements and system updates.
  • Provide meaningful insights on people metrics including engagement, turnover and recruitment to support decision-making through detailed reporting.
  • Lead and support key people initiatives, including employee engagement surveys, performance review cycles, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes across the employee lifecycle, improving efficiency and enhancing the employee experience.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring people systems and processes evolve alongside the needs of the business.

What we’re looking for:

  • Extensive experience working with HR technology, including system implementation, optimisation and change management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience managing HRIS, payroll, talent management, performance management and learning systems.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and system implementations
  • Strong understanding of people data, reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • A passion for improving processes and employee experiences through technology.
  • A team player who is looking to be part of building a culture of growth from the ground up, as part of a wider-collaborative operational People & Culture team
