We're Iconic Hotels & Resorts, part of L+R Group - a global hotel investment and management company with a diverse portfolio of luxury properties — and we're looking for a Commercial Operations Executive to join our Commercial Operations team in London.
This is the role that keeps our hotels selling. You'll load the rates, packages and promotions our hotels need, make sure everything is live and bookable across our booking channels and systems, and be the person hotel teams come to when they need something sorted. You'll also play a big part in getting new hotels open and selling.
It's a hotel role at heart — practical, fast-moving and close to the action. If you've worked in reservations, revenue or distribution and enjoy making the commercial side run properly, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Load and manage rates, packages, promotions, group and corporate codes
- Keep our hotels live and selling correctly across PMS, RMS, CRS and CRM
- Support hotel teams day to day, turning their requests around quickly
- Monitor how rates are showing across channels and fix anything that's off
- Get new hotels ready to sell — system set-up, loading and go-live support
- Share performance updates that help hotels make better commercial decisions
What you bring
- 2–3 years in hotel reservations, revenue, distribution or operations
- Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera, SynXis, Duetto or Salesforce
- Accuracy, organization and a genuine team spirit
- Confidence working with hotel teams at every level
- Comfortable in Excel
