Responsibilities
- Ensuring guests are welcomed as soon as possible and orders taken swiftly
- Make creative, tasty cocktails with ease and speed
- Make suggestions of pairings and flavours using your charm and knowledge for guest satisfaction
- Possess faultless knowledge of all food and drink on the Dandy menus
- Carry out cleaning of bar area and equipment on a regular basis
- Be confident in taking orders for spirits, wine, beer, soft drinks etc, taking every opportunity to maximise sales in a discreet and professional manner
- Take ownership in accurately charging guests for items purchased
- Complete closing checklists and double check workplace standards
- To be confident in responding to any guest/staff enquiries in a professional manner
- Support the F&B Manager and Bar Manager with standards and fresh ideas, and supporting training and development of the team
