- Hourly rate + tronc + holiday pay for every hour work
- Paid on a monthly basis
- Flexible on hours and availability - 0- 40 hour per week may be available
About you as Casual Night Porter
- Ready to start ASAP
- Previous experience working in a Night Porter role is desirable
- Hotel/Hospitality experience is desirable but a keen interest in customer service is more important for this role
- Confidence and motivation for working throughout the night is essential
- You will have keen eye for detail, organisational skills and confident in communicating with the team
Key Responsibilities of the Casual Night Porter
- Welcoming guests in our Mayfair manner offering support with guest luggage
- Support early check outs by assisting with luggage, transport and additional requirements
- Prepare room service / cooking light meals from night menu
- Be confident in the geography of the hotel and accessing all areas
- Be confident with fire training and fire drill practices
- Ensure lobby and public areas are clean and well maintained at all times
- To communicate with the early Duty Manager on any ongoing encounters in the night
- Establish a courteous, helpful, and friendly attitude to all guests at all times
