Role Details:
- Shifts: 4pm - 10pm, including some weekends (5 days out of 7)
Spa Attendant - Aim of the Role: To uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the Spa.
Spa Attendant - Responsibilities:
- Cleanliness: Regularly check changing rooms and swimming pool for cleanliness every 30 minutes
- Fitness Equipment: Maintain cleanliness and ensure teamwork and flexibility
- Maintenance: Report any faults to the Spa Manager
- Guest Assistance: Help guests and members with queries, referring to a Senior Manager if needed
- Pool Safety: Complete a Pool Responder training course within one month of commencing the role to ensure compliance with pool health and safety standards.
- Pool Testing: Manage pool water records and ensure proper filing
- Plant Room: Keep the plant room safe, tidy, and hazard-free
