Aim of the Barback role
To support the Dandy Bar with general bar duties under the supervision of the Managers and Supervisors for flawless running of the bar operation.
Key responsibilities of the Barback
- Ensure the bar is stocked and in continuous supply of clean glassware
- Preparing our fancy garnishes for cocktails and beverages
- Support the bar team to ensure drinks are created and served as quickly as possible
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness around bar and back of house areasAssisting bartenders and floor staff through busy services
