Aim of the Assistant Spa Manager
As a member of the Spa Duty Management team you will assist the Spa Manager in running shifts within the spa to ensure a safe environment is provided for guests and team members. You will assist team members, spa members and guests when required so that we maintain a 5 star spa environment at all times.
Responsibilities of the Assistant Spa Manager
- Help manage the time while you are on duty ensuring 5 star standards are maintained at all times
- Show integrity when assisting team members and guests where required during busy times in the spa
- Assist the management team with their weekly and monthly reporting
- Maintain 5 star standards throughout the spa through management of the operational team and by conducting regular walk rounds within all spa facilities
- Take pride in your knowledge of the spa and spa membership, assisting with enquiries on products and services when required
- Support with creating rotas for each team and provide solutions to any questions from the team
