As a Talent Sourcing Recruiter at ICON, you will focus on building strong talent pipelines for critical roles, proactively identifying and engaging candidates to support ICON's growth.

What You Will Do:

  • You will take responsibility for talent acquisition and recruitment deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Developing and executing sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and talent databases, to proactively approach potential candidates.
  • Conducting initial candidate outreach, screening, and engagement to assess fit and interest.
  • Partnering with Recruiters and HR Business Partners to understand role requirements and market dynamics.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date talent pipelines and sourcing activity records in applicant tracking systems.
  • Contributing market insights and sourcing best practices to hiring teams and the wider Talent Acquisition function.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant talent acquisition and recruitment experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in recruiting or talent sourcing, preferably within life sciences, healthcare, or technical disciplines.
  • Strong research and networking skills, with experience using professional platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
  • Organised and data‑driven, with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities.
  • Proactive, resilient, and passionate about connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities.
