The Site Care Partner at ICON is the primary contact for investigative sites during a study, responsible for site start-up, maintaining investigator relationships, and ensuring recruitment and operational success. They ensure quality and patient safety, and contribute to site selection by collaborating with stakeholders and providing local insights. As the \”face of sponsor,\” they ensure sites receive support, resolve issues, and maintain the sponsor\’s reputation. They coordinate with other roles for effective communication and oversee site activities, using analytic tools and country intelligence to identify and mitigate risks to quality and compliance.
What you will be doing:
- Accountable for site start-up and activation
- Accountable for study conduct and close-out
- The Site Care Partner is the primary responsible for proactively providing local intelligence
- Provide input into site recommendations via an understanding of country/region, sites, processes and practices, and associated site performance metrics.
- Support the Study Operations Manager/Global Study Manager to define local requirements for the importation/exportation processes of the investigational medical product and ancillary supplies.
You are:
- 6+ years of site management experience
- Proficiency in Chinese and English
- Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis
- Demonstrated networking and relationship-building skills.
