What You'll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (inital 6 month contract) you'll work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deliver world-class recruitment solutions. You'll:
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and build tailored hiring strategies.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from attraction and sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
- Use recruitment metrics and market intelligence to drive smarter hiring decisions and continuous improvement.
- Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects ICON's values and employer brand.
- Champion innovative sourcing approaches, recruitment technology, and best practices.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a passionate talent acquisition professional who combines commercial awareness with a people-first approach.
You’ll have:
- Experience recruiting within healthcare, clinical research, pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge and advise.
- Experience managing complex recruitment projects and multiple priorities.
- A data-driven mindset with experience using ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.
- A passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
