We are currently seeking a Procurement Lead to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Procurement Lead at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in managing procurement activities for clinical trials, supporting the design and execution of innovative treatments and therapies.
What you will be doing:
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies to support clinical trial operations.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to assess procurement needs and requirements.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers to optimize pricing and terms.
- Managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitoring procurement processes and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience (3-5 years) in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to achieve cost savings and value-added outcomes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
