Facilities & Admin Coordinator- Front Desk Receptionist- Blue Bell PA- On site

We are currently seeking a Facilities & Admin Coordinator to join our diverse and dynamic team. As the Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing administrative aid to various departments. Majority of this position is carrying out the front desk receptionist functions.

What you will be doing:

  • Front Desk receptionist duties. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries and courier packages by tracking, logging, and dispatching as required in compliance with company SOP’s.
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access to include monitoring visitor’s log and issuing visitor badges.
  • Support other functions at a local level, including onsite meetings, catering, transportation, and the ordering tracking and receiving of supplies.
  • Assist with additional facilities related tasks and projects for the department as assigned.
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure availability and efficiency.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
  • Providing input to the Facilities Manager and administrative team in various projects and initiatives.

Your profile:

  • Previous experience in administrative duties, or related roles in a corporate environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with facility management software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
