As a Director, Imaging Operations you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
What you will be doing:
- Strong operational background in oncology with significant imaging experience.
- Proven project management skills.
- Experience in vendor management and oversight of imaging CROs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global study teams.
- Must be flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Although the job description states a Master’s degree, it is not a strict requirement. Candidates from the biotech industry will be considered.
- Experience working with Veeva is a plus.
You are:
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences with 10 years of overall Pharmaceutical Industry experience, with at least 6 years of experience working in a Clinical Operations setting including at least 2 years of experience in the areas of Study Monitoring and Study Management.
- Alternatively, equivalent length of Drug Development Project Management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience assuming responsibility for complex and/or higher priority programs.
- Due to their level of expertise and their experience, they may also act as a mentor to project study/team members while leading or participating in special projects as a representative of their role or function.
- Expert ability to integrate the complex functional requirements of Site Management (including expert knowledge about how sites work), Data Management, Medical Writing, Statistics, protocol aspects into an operationally executable plan.
- Proven track record to deliver key, high priority, studies as planned.
- Strong Project Management and planning skills.
