As a Data Management Reviewer you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

This is an hybrid role and it requires 3 days per week at the client’s office and 2 days working from home.
Office location: Diegem (Brussels area), Belgium OR Warsaw, Poland


What you will be doing:

  • Review clinical data for completeness, accuracy and consistency in accordance with the investigational plan.
  • Develop and maintain data management documentation and guidelines in accordance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Perform regular data cleaning tasks (such as listings review, queries management…) per Data Management processes and plan.
  • Provides regular updates and escalate issues to the study functional leads.
  • Provide direct support to the project team on data management activities.
  • Maintain compliance with corporate, core and study-specific learning requirements.

You are:

  • Master’s degree in Biomedical or Life Sciences preferred; Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum 2 years’ Clinical Data Management experience within a pharmaceutical, medtech, or CRO environment

  • Foundational knowledge of databases and programming languages (e.g., SQL, SAS, Python) desirable

  • Proven organizational capabilities with strong analytical thinking, solution-oriented mindset, and a positive, proactive approach

  • Familiarity with data processing tools such as Excel, SAS, R, or Python for managing and analyzing datasets

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively collaborate in a global, cross-cultural setting
