As a Quality Assurance Specialist at ICON, you will ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance in our drug development processes.

What You Will Do:

  • Quality Assessments: Conduct thorough quality assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to establish and enhance quality processes and procedures, driving continuous improvement.
  • Incident Management: Drive investigations into quality incidents, deviations, and non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
