We are currently seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an Associate Project Manager at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the coordination and management of clinical trials, contributing to the design, analysis, and advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.
What you will be doing
- Assisting project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials.
- Coordinating study activities, including site selection, patient recruitment, and data collection.
- Supporting the development of study protocols, case report forms, and other study-related documents.
- Participating in data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.
Your profile
- Bachelor\'s degree in a scientific or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research or project management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
