Your role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bank Speech and Language Therapist to join the multidisciplinary team at Cancer Centre London. The postholder will support adults undergoing cancer treatment, with a particular focus on the assessment and management of swallowing and communication difficulties associated with head and neck cancers, neurological conditions, and the side effects of oncology treatment. This is a bank (as‑needed) role with no guaranteed hours, requiring flexibility to support service demand.

Benefits

  • Annual leave of 25 days pro rata + bank holidays (increasing to 27 days pro rata after 3 years' service)
  • Pension: You will be auto‑enrolled from day 1 at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%). You can also opt to increase your contribution to 6% to which the employer will also contribute 6%.

Requirements

  • Current Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
  • Significant post‑qualification experience in adult speech and language therapy, including work with oncology or head and neck cancer patients.
