About this Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Scientist in Nuclear Medicine to lead the introduction of new imaging and therapeutic technologies, starting with PET-CT implementation at Cancer Centre London before supporting Iconβs UK expansion program. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Molecular Imaging, Theranostics, SPECT-CT and PET-CT at (CCL), in addition to implementing these services across our nationally expanding network.The role has scope to develop into a National Physics Lead role depending on experience.
The successful candidate will provide leadership and expert scientific support in radiation protection, radioactive source management, and compliance with UK regulatory requirements.They will also support the Quality Management System, deliver advanced imaging and Theranostic treatment procedures, and provide expert advice as a Radiation Protection Advisor/Radiation Waste Advisor (suitable candidates who are working toward RPA/RWA registration but not yet registered, will be considered)
We are seeking a candidate with substantial experience in Nuclear Medicine as a registered Clinical Scientist, strong leadership and project management capabilities, and a commitment to patient safety and service development.

- Annual Salary - Dependent on Experience
- Annual leave of 25 days + bank holidays (increasing to 27 days after 3 years' service)
- Pension: You will be auto-enrolled from day 1 at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%). You can also opt to increase your contribution to 6% to which the employer will also contribute 6%.
