As a Site Payments Manager you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
What you will be doing:
The Site Payments Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the Site Payments Team. This role will be accountable for enforcing accurate, timely and complete site and patient payments in accordance with governing documentation
- Functional management and oversight of regionally-aligned resources and assignments within the Site Payments Team.
- Supports the forward progression of disease area strategy in conjunction with leadership and Disease Area Leads across functions.
- Engages with site-facing colleagues to further the Sites First and Patients First mentality.
- Supports the development and delivery of appropriate training on payments across functions.
- Oversees day to day with vendors on metrics, reporting, product enhancements, and escalations.
- Collaborates with study teams, key stakeholders, and Payment Analysts on problems or issues as they arise.
- Proactively and clearly communicates across functions.
- Works across functions with Site Contracting, Budgeting, and Data Management to ensure study budgets are setup and configured appropriately for payments.
- Identifies areas of need and opportunity in the continued evolution of processes and efficiencies and supports formal documentation of best practices.
- Escalate issues as needed to leadership.
You are:
- BS. or Advanced Degree (or equivalent degree/experience in the opinion of the Hiring Manager)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience within site payments
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while meeting high quality and timeliness standards under pressure
- Commitment to developing strong collaborative relationships with other members of the department, clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Solution-oriented, positive, “can do” approach
- Comfortable in a results-driven, highly accountable environment where you can make an impact
