The role can be Hybrid or Remote within the UK, reporting to the HR Technology Directors, leading the HR technology program and optimizing Workday solutions to support global HR processes.

You will manage the HR tech team, handle CAB change management, ensure data integrity, security and SOX compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver strategic technology.
