As an Operation Program Specialist at ICON, you will support the operational aspects of various programs within the organization, contributing to the successful execution of projects and initiatives within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

What You Will Do:

  • Deliver project and programme management work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient clinical trial operations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful trial execution.
  • Provide operational support and guidance to project teams throughout the trial lifecycle.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor trial progress and address any issues or deviations in a timely manner.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant project and programme management experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience in clinical trial operations, preferably within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial regulations, guidelines, and industry standards.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
