Icomera is seeking an RMA Handler to join our Chatham office. You will support the repair and return process for Icomera products, diagnose faults, complete repairs and testing, and maintain repair records in our systems.
Work with the Supply Chain, Engineering, Support and Supplier teams to improve reliability and repair processes. Strong problem-solving, organisational skills and fluency in English are essential for this role.
