The Store Manager at iCOMAT plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of our warehouse and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient management of inventory, ensuring that materials and products are accurately received, stored, and dispatched to meet production schedules. The Store Manager will work closely with the Operations and Procurement teams to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure the timely availability of materials.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately record, label, and store all incoming materials, components, and finished goods in the warehouse. Regularly update inventory records using the company’s inventory management system.
- Stock Control: Conduct perpetual stock checks and audits to ensure that inventory levels are accurate. Report any discrepancies or issues to the Operations team.
- Order Fulfilment: Cover kitting requirements in line with MRP, dispatching materials and components to production as required, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy in order fulfilment.
- Goods Receipt: Fully check out deliveries for damage, incorrect supply or shortages. Quarantine items requiring Quality Control Inspection until released by QC. Coordinate with the procurement team to resolve any issues.
- Goods Storage: Ensure all goods are stored safely and in accordance with the suppliers or internal recommendations.
