- Keep HR policies up-to-date and legally compliant.
- Support the implementation of new or revised HR policies and templates.
- Maintain awareness of changes in employment law and update internal practices accordingly.
Employee Relations Administration
- Log and track sickness absence, return-to-work meetings, and flexible working requests.
- Support the administrative process for disciplinaries, PIPs, and probation reviews.
- Record outcomes and maintain secure and confidential HR files.
- Coordinate exit paperwork and offboarding procedures.
Performance, Learning & Engagement
- Maintain performance review documentation and follow up on completion.
- Support with L&D scheduling and records (e.g., training logs, certificates).
