iCOMAT Gloucester, United Kingdom. iCOMAT is an advanced manufacturing company with game changing technology that delivers the lightest structures possible for aerospace and automotive, at a scale, rate and cost efficiency that far exceeds existing composite production processes. We build and operate automated factories for composite materials, delivering components to Tier 1 and OEMs. The business has 3 main divisions that focus on the development of automated production machines, development of software design and production tools and lastly the operation of the factory. The business currently has facilities in Gloucester UK (Factory 1), Bristol UK (Hardware R&D Centre) and in Athens GR (Software R&D Centre). As we scale and grow, we’re looking for talented individuals to help us continue driving this transformation. What will you be doing?
- Configuring the Syspro MRP / ERP system to align with iCOMAT’s manufacturing processes and working practices.
- Project managing the implementation and support of the Syspro MRP / ERP system, covering all financial and non-financial modules.
- Creating process documentation and user guides for both end-users and management review.
- Designing and delivering training sessions, and providing support for all users.
- Interrogating the performance and costs of the business.
- Creating user dashboards to suit requirements of each member of the senior management team.
- System maintenance and administration.
What do we need from you?
- Knowledge of setting up and maintaining a Syspro MRP / ERP system.
- Knowledge of configuring a Syspro MRP / ERP system, including the finance, sales, purchasing, planning, scheduling, warehouse, BoM’s, Routings, and stock modules.
- Ability to deliver Syspro MRP / ERP training and product knowledge.
- Data Manipulation using Power BI / QlikView / Tableau.
- Report writing skills (using Crystal).
- Experience of VB Scripting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complicated topics to non-technical stakeholders in an easy-to-understand way.
- Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and also respond effectively to direction and team needs.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Good business process knowledge within the manufacturing sector.
- Experience of Aerospace and Defence sector and composite manufacturing desirable.
