Fully Remote Role
What you'll be doing
You'll manage the day-to-day delivery of a programme of work, partnering closely with the Head of Programme and senior stakeholders across the business. You'll help shape programme strategy, coordinate multiple initiatives and ensure delivery stays aligned to business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and delivering a programme of change projects aligned to the business roadmap
- Working with senior stakeholders to define programme strategy and communicate this clearly across the business
- Ensuring solutions are cost-effective, efficient and deliver clear operational and commercial impact
- Applying Travel Chapter programme delivery standards and suggesting areas for continuous improvement
- Ensuring appropriate programme governance is in place and followed
- Monitoring progress, budgets and timelines to ensure delivery remains on track
- Proactively identifying and managing programme risks and issues throughout the lifecycle
- Working cross-functionally to deliver change projects and process improvements, documenting and standardising processes where needed
- Identifying gaps and opportunities across systems and operations to improve efficiency
- Championing continuous improvement with a strong delivery focus
- Supporting additional projects or initiatives when required
Experience (essential)
- 3+ years' experience in programme management
- 3+ years' experience working with senior stakeholders and external partners
- Proven experience delivering both technical and operational projects
- Experience working in change or transformation environments

Working with us
This role is primarily remote, with a requirement to attend our Norwich or Bideford office at least once per month to connect with stakeholders and the wider team.
