Project Duration: 14 Consecutive Days
Start Date: 9th of February 2026
Project Scope: We are seeking a team of 20 Engineers, including 2 x Team Leaders, for a high-profile data centre project. This phase involves the build and installation of 40 racks full of network equipment. Engineers must be able to commit to the full 14-day schedule, which includes working both weekends. Shifts: 10–12 hours per day.
Tasks:
- Installation of equipment
- Racking & stacking
- Cable management and patching
Labelling: High-volume requirement for network equipment.
Role Requirements:
- Engineer Role: Proven experience in data-centre environment; Proven experience in network/rack builds and structured cabling; Confirmed availability for the 14-day consecutive duration.
- Team Leader Role (2 Positions): Must possess a valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification; Experience in site supervision and leading technical teams; Responsible for health and safety compliance and daily quality assurance; Ability to follow technical documentation and photo-reporting standards.
Required Equipment & PPE:
- Hand Tools: Compact battery drill with assorted screwdriver, security, and Allen key bits; Label printer (Black font on white background); Tape measure, marker pen, and small scissors; Screwdrivers, Allen keys, and a small socket set; Cable cutters, side cutters, and a head torch.
- PPE: Safety boots; Hi-vis vest; Gloves.
