We are seeking a Data Centre Support Engineer to deliver high quality infrastructure support within a critical data centre environment. This is a hands-on role supporting IMACD services, fault resolution, installations, decommissions and ongoing maintenance, working closely with client teams to ensure service excellence and SLA compliance. The role operates on a shift pattern within a 24x7x366 environment and reports to the Data Centre Supervisor.
What you’ll be doing as our Data Centre Support Engineer:
- Deliver IMACD services, including installations, moves, upgrades, refreshes, and decommissions of IT infrastructure.
- Rack, stack, and decommission servers, network hardware, and associated equipment within data centre environments.
- Install, manage, label, trace, and recover structured cabling (copper and fibre).
