As Programme Leader, you will provide strategic and academic leadership, ensuring an outstanding student experience andhigh standardsof teaching,learningand assessment. Working closely with academic colleagues,you'lldrive innovation in curriculum design, programmedeliveryand industry engagement, ensuring that graduates are equipped with the skills, knowledge and creative confidence needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving sector.

You are a passionate and proven academic leader with a strong background insongwritingandproduction. You bring:
- Substantial experience inundergraduate-graduate teachingand academicleadership, including designing assessments that develop critical analysis and independent enquiry
- A track recordofleading teams, enhancing thestudent experience, and managing academic programmes
- A commitment toequity, diversity, and inclusion, with awareness of inclusive pedagogies and current debates such asdecolonising the curriculum
- The ability tomotivate and support staff, foster collaboration, and align academic vision with strategic objectives
