AD Education UK is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Short Courses Administrator to support our ICMP and SAE brands. This key role is essential in delivering exceptional experiences for our short course students, working closely with Recruitment Advisors and the Short Courses Manager. As the Short Courses Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth communication, efficient processes, and outstanding student support throughout their educational journey. Your responsibilities will range from managing enquiries and enrolments to coordinating events and maintaining a clean database. You'll be the welcoming voice on the phone, the helpful presence in our office, and the efficient administrator behind the scenes. We're looking for a proactive problem-solver with excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your attention to detail, adaptability, and passion for education will be crucial in upholding AD Education UK's reputation for excellence in creative education. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact students' educational experiences while contributing to the growth of our short course programs.
