SAE UK is seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Leader to lead our Content Creation and Marketing programme across our five UK campuses. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of creative education by overseeing a diverse programme that includes innovative content creation, digital brand management and emerging content platforms. As Programme Leader, you will provide strategic and academic leadership, ensuring high-quality teaching, learning, and student experience. You will work closely with academic teams to drive innovation and excellence across curriculum development, programme delivery, and student engagement.

You are a passionate and proven academic leader with a strong background in content creation and marketing related discipline. You bring:

  • Substantial experience in undergraduate teaching and academic leadership
  • A track record of leading teams, enhancing the student experience, and managing academic programmes
  • A commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, with awareness of inclusive pedagogies and current debates such as decolonising the curriculum
  • The ability to motivate and support staff, foster collaboration, and align academic vision with strategic objectives
  • Ideally, an active research profile or industry practice that enriches your academic work and connects to the evolving landscape of film and media
