For over 35 years, ICMP has been at the forefront of contemporary music education, offering personalised, industry-focused training to help students thrive in the competitive music industry. ICMP delivers innovative undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including specialisations in Electronic Music Production, Live Event Management, and Music Marketing.

About the Role

We are seeking an organised, creative, diligent and proactive Marketing Officer to join the AD Education UK Marketing and Events team, with a primary focus on the ICMP brand. This dynamic role is within an ambitious and fast‐paced business environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and updating website content
  • Building email marketing campaigns in HubSpot
  • Conceiving and contributing to the creation of engaging social media content
  • Liaising with various departments throughout the institution
  • Ensuring that students and staff are kept informed of key developments through effective and engaging creative communications
  • Maintaining consistency in creative materials across all channels
  • Collaborating with partner manufacturers and organisations to promote partnerships
  • Providing support to the Events team during ICMP Open Days and other recruitment events
  • Managing and maintaining internal messaging channels
  • Keeping up-to-date with current industry best practices
  • Contributing to monthly marketing reports as requested by the Senior Marketing Team

Other Responsibilities & General Duties

  • Assisting in managing departmental email accounts
  • Providing guidance to the wider team regarding the appropriateness of creative materials
  • Participating in Staff Development and training programs
  • Demonstrating awareness of and adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Performing any other duties consistent with the grading of the role

Qualifications/Training

Educated to degree level (in a marketing or creative subject area) or equivalent industry experience.

Experience

Desirable to have some experience in a marketing or creative role.
