Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for supporting people and processes? AD Education UK is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to join our London-based HR team. Reporting to the HR Advisor, this is a key support role that ensures the smooth delivery of day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for general HR queries.
  • Provide essential administrative support across all stages of the employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, and pre-employment checks.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by collating and checking HR data.
  • Coordinate benefits administration and liaise with external providers.
  • Support policy compliance, HR reporting, and internal audits.
  • Assist in delivering induction sessions, training coordination, and other HR initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a confident administrator who is proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality service. You’ll need to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role, ideally within a professional or education environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information and a strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and HR databases (previous use of HRIS desirable).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications & Desirables:
  • Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • CIPD membership is desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR policies is a plus.
