The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance (ICMP) have launched new campuses in Leeds and Liverpool. We are seeking to expand our team of hourly paid Vocals, Music Production, DJ, Live Sound, Songwriting and Artist Development lecturers to teach our Evening courses and Summer Schools to deliver on the below courses:

Short Evening Music Courses

  • Music Production Basics with Logic Pro (ICMP)
  • Intro to DJing (ICMP)
  • Introduction to Songwriting (ICMP)
  • Introduction to Vocals at ICMP (ICMP)
  • Complete Ableton Live Course (ICMP)

Specialist Industry Courses

  • Artist Development (ICMP)

We are looking to build a candidate pool of industry practitioners and educators who can demonstrate current experience and a commitment to supporting the development of creative business professionals. Candidates should have excellent technical knowledge and an ability to engage and connect with students across all undergraduate levels. You will have a credible professional/industry profile, evidence of high-quality teaching practice, and experience in the delivery of further or higher education programmes. A degree in a relevant discipline is expected. Teaching and/or postgraduate qualifications are desirable but not essential.
