Role Overview Reporting to the Registrar and as a key member of the Registry leadership team, this role is vital in shaping the future of ICMP and supporting our application for indefinite Degree Awarding Powers (DAPs). The role requires strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and extensive knowledge of the higher education sector. The successful candidate will have experience leading in Programmes or Assessment teams within an HE environment, and a track record of delivering excellent customer-focused student services. Knowledge of Student Assessments, data management, Examination Boards, and project management is essential. Responsibilities Leading and developing the student help desk, programme administration, assessment, and library teams to ensure effective student and programme support. Collaborating with Quality, Student Records, Data & Systems, and Academic teams on operational and strategic planning, projects, and support processes.
