Located in London at the heart of the global music industry, the Institute for Contemporary Music Performance (ICMP) has been developing and delivering contemporary music education for over 30 years – longer than any other music school in the UK. Now as part of the AD Education Group, ICMP offers a specialist range of industry-aligned undergraduate and postgraduate courses focused on preparing musicians, producers, performers, creative artists, and entrepreneurs for successful careers in the music and wider industries. We have recently been awarded Degree Awarding Powers and are on track to achieve University Title in the next two years. Role Overview Reporting to the Registrar and as a key member of the Registry leadership team, this role is vital in shaping the future of ICMP and supporting our application for indefinite Degree Awarding Powers (DAPs). The role requires strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and extensive knowledge of the higher education sector. The successful candidate will have experience leading in Programmes or Assessment teams within an HE environment, and a track record of delivering excellent customer-focused student services. Knowledge of Student Assessments, data management, Examination Boards, and project management is essential. Responsibilities Leading and developing the student help desk, programme administration, assessment, and library teams to ensure effective student and programme support. Collaborating with Quality, Student Records, Data & Systems, and Academic teams on operational and strategic planning, projects, and support processes.
