Student Voice and Communications Coordinator
Location: London, Leeds or Liverpool (with hybrid working)
Salary: Grade 7
- Up to Β£31,042 per annum (Outer London) and Β£33,260 (London),
Reporting To: Associate Dean for Student Experience

Do you have a passion for student engagement, representation, and communications? This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the student experience across ADEUK\βs multi-campus creative institutions, SAE and ICMP.
About The Role
We\βre looking for a dynamic coordinator to support our newly formed national Student Union and strengthen student voice across five UK campuses. You\βll be central to developing student representation systems, coordinating communications, and ensuring students feel heard, supported, and connected.
What you\βll do
- Coordinate Student Union activity, including elections, training, and committee support.
- Recruit and develop Student Representatives to ensure inclusive student participation.
- Lead on student-facing communications, from newsletters to digital platforms.
- Support delivery and analysis of student surveys (including NSS).
- Champion student voice through feedback loops, action registers, and society development.
About You
