About The Role
The Administration Manager is responsible for providing a professional support service to all colleagues at AD Education UK, including responsibility for coordination and maintenance of the administration and registry processes and framework for our institutions and partner universities.
Supporting the Head of Academic Quality, the role will ensure execution of effective student and programme support and excellent customer service to students and academics. This includes working closely with the Quality, Assessment, Student Records, Data & Systems and Education teams on a variety of operational and strategic planning activities, projects and events related to administrative support functions and processes.
The role will also have an allocation of programme acting as the main point of contact for enquiries related to taught programmes from teaching staff and from students, referred to by the Student Advisors and Programme/Campus Admin, ensuring enquiries are dealt with efficiently and fairly working closely in support of Programme Leaders.
