    • Serve as the company's CRM expert (currently HubSpot) – ensuring accurate set-up and effective use of the platform; supporting day-to-day usage; actively contributing to a roadmap of development.
    • Own and improve the data structure within HubSpot, ensuring it not only delivers for HubSpot business users, but complements and works alongside our CRM (currently SalesForce) and other technology solutions.
    • Oversee data health within HubSpot, pinpointing issues and escalating to the relevant stakeholders and IT team, and resolving in a timely manner.
    • Work closely with local marketing teams and the wider group IT team to understand pain points, ensure integrations run smoothly and maximise capabilities of the tech stack.
    • Develop processes, best practices, guidelines and documentation for effective HubSpot usage for the local marketing teams.
    • Provide HubSpot training and support to employees as required.
    • Identify areas for process improvement across brands.
    • Stay up-to-date on new HubSpot product developments and ensure adoption where appropriate.
    • Configure, test and roll out new HubSpot tools, plugins, integrations, workflows, landing pages, etc.
    • Define priorities and contribute to a roadmap of enhancements to ensure the platform is developed and utilised to best meet business objectives.
  • Email Marketing/Lead Generation/Reporting
    • Overall management of email marketing across multiple brands – lead nurturing and promotions to new applicants, current students and alumni.
    • Management and oversight of the annual recruitment/sales email calendars, spanning all products, across the full 12-month cycle.
    • Lead on email campaign design, nurturing wider team to spread ownership while retaining sign-off of key campaigns.
    • Mastermind and implement advanced automations to nurture leads through the long recruitment cycles seen in higher education.
    • Develop and implement effective automated β€˜onboarding' content with local Marketing Teams to keep applicants engaged through to the point of enrolment.
    • Manage the production of monthly newsletters in conjunction with local teams.
    • Lead on the creation of content-led landing pages that support the email channel, moving applicants through the various sales funnels.
    • Track and report on data health, lead generation and email performance, producing regular reports.
    • Ongoing analysis of campaign performance, informing a continual split-testing and optimisation process to improve overall channel performance.
  • Other Communications
    • Nurture and guide local teams, alongside brand-managers, to ensure brand consistency and tone of voice is maintained on communications sent from other marketing platforms – for example Eventbrite.
    • When required, support wider business to assist with the delivery of critical internal communications, potentially outside of the HubSpot environment.
