Digital Content Creator (Video & Creative)

Salary: Grade 6 up to SP 24 – £27,882 per annum
Contract: Full time (37 hours) Permanent
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Content Creator to develop high‑quality visual content for the SAE UK brand. The role focuses on producing video‑first content supported by photography and graphics to strengthen the brand and attract Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences. You will report directly to the UK Marketing Manager for SAE and collaborate with the Marketing Officer, Social Media Executive, Graphic Designer, students, academic teams and campus managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on creating and editing high‑quality video content, from short‑form videos to longer‑format pieces, including stories, interviews, course explainers and campus features.
- Coordinate with the UK Marketing Agent’s briefs and collaborate on campaign ideas.
- Produce supporting graphics and visuals – thumbnails, text overlays, social graphics, highlight slides and simple layouts.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut or Canva to edit and repurpose existing footage and student‑created content into engaging short‑form pieces.
- Capture high‑quality photography of students, work, campus activity, events and lifestyle imagery when required.
- Support visual content for websites, CRM/email campaigns, digital advertising and events, ensuring alignment with SAE’s brand identity and recruitment objectives.
- Plan shoots, including scheduling, logistics, equipment preparation and coordination with campus sites, while maintaining an organised workflow and archive.
- Build strong relationships with staff and students across SAE campuses, travel nationwide as part of planned content capture, and identify authentic content opportunities across classes, workshops and events.
- Assist with internal communications, animated explainers, staff interviews, presentation content, and pre‑recorded material for virtual events, webinars and online sessions.
- Support occasional content requests for ICMP while keeping SAE as the primary focus.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in video production, photography and graphic design.
- Strong storytelling ability with a focus on fast‑paced, engaging visual content.
- Excellent organisational, planning and workflow‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and collaborate across teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to SAE campuses.
