They are globally established, ambitious in the UK, and growing.
They are now looking for an energetic, detail-driven Quality System Coordinator Food Safety and QMS professional to join their London team - someone who wants real ownership, real exposure, and the opportunity to make a visible impact in a scaling business. This is not a sit in the corner and file paperwork role. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position where you will be at the heart of food safety, supplier assurance, customer technical queries and continuous improvement.
The Opportunity
- Maintain and develop the Food Safety & Quality Management System
- Support and actively contribute to HACCP programs
- Ensure compliant product release and accurate technical documentation
- Investigate non-conformances and identify root causes
- Assist with supplier and service provider assurance programs
- Support customer technical queries and complaints
- Participate in internal and third-party audits (including BRCGS where applicable)
- Help drive continuous improvement across processes and documentation
You will act as a key technical support contact for Account Managers and internal stakeholders, balancing compliance with commercial awareness. In short: you will help protect the integrity of a premium food brand.

About You
- A Food Science (or related) qualification
- At least 1 year’s experience in the food industry
- Knowledge of HACCP principles
- Exposure to GFSI-recognised schemes (BRCGS desirable)
- Strong documentation and organisational skills
- Confidence working cross-functionally
- The ability to work autonomously and prioritise effectively
- A proactive, improvement-focused mindset
- Most importantly, you will care about doing things properly.
