They are now seeking a confident, proactive, and hands-on Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join their close-knit team. You'll be joining a supportive environment where teamwork, professionalism, and personal growth are genuinely valued.

What you'll be doing:
- Manage your own portfolio of commercial clients, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business
- Negotiate with insurers to secure the best cover and terms for clients
- Build strong relationships, ensuring a high standard of customer service and retention
- Support management with workflow, compliance, and mentoring junior team members
- Contribute to the smooth running and continued success of the brokerage
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in commercial insurance broking, ideally across Construction, SME Packages, Motor Fleet, PI, Cyber, Property Owners, and Liability
- Strong understanding of insurance principles, FCA compliance, and documentation
- Customer-focused approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Open GI (MISYS) would be an advantage
- Progress towards or completion of CII qualifications (essential)
